This is Brun Butter’s first-ever collaboration, created with our friends at Miami Fish Market. Built around anchovy, tomato and garlic, this butter is rich, savoury and deeply flavourful — designed to bring instant depth to seafood and simple cooking alike.

The anchovy melts into the butter to add umami rather than saltiness, the tomato brings warmth and sweetness, and the garlic ties it all together with familiar comfort. It’s bold, balanced and unapologetically delicious — the kind of flavour that does most of the work for you.

Usage Ideas

Swiped onto hot toast, topped with juicy tomatoes and fresh basil.
